Our 2023 Club Summer Soirée on Aug 19th was an incredible evening of comida, vino y música! Thanks to all our members who came out and enjoyed some summer vibes with us! The wood-fired butcher-block dishes by @proletariatmeat were amazing! Zeph Shepard (Owner, Head Butcher) and team put on a show which included a pork rib butchery experience and the ancient technique of fat basting pork rib chops.

Our Winemaker, Aurora Coria, poured a ’21 Cabernet Sauvignon from one of her favorite barrels, and shared all the subtle nuances, mystery, and beauty behind the wine. The Orvil Ivie Duo (with Mike Renwick on percussion and Orvil Ivie on guitar) played a fantastic three hour set all the way through sunset!
